We only ship within New Zealand.

While we cant guarantee delivery timeframes, normally our Standard deliveries take 1-3 days, and Rural deliveries take 1-5 days (depending on your rural service)

​RURAL SHIPPING PLEASE NOTE:

If you don't select rural at checkout, and the address checker deems you rural, you will be asked to pay any additional fees into our bank account.

Your order is considered unpaid until your rural payment clears into our account.

You are also more than welcome to change the shipping address should you wish to.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

All pre-made ready to send item/s will be shipped within 3-4 days of receiving payment. Custom Orders have a turnaround time of approximately 4 weeks (not including shipping) please consider this timeframe BEFORE purchasing when ordering as a gift or CONTACT me to discuss. Domestic Parcels are sent tracked, and must be sent to a physical address (no PO Boxes please).   Payments made by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
